Collection of personal information

To enable us to provide our services to the public we collect personal information from our members, sponsors and other individuals. Examples of this information include name, contact numbers and addresses.

Use of personal information

We use the personal information that we collect to:
  • assist with further correspondence
  • provide statistical data to government agencies and others
  • tell people about CEPG Inc's activities.

In some cases we may disclose personal information to other organisations that help us to carry out our activities. We only disclose the information which is required to enable them to do this. We also require those organisations to undertake to protect the personal information disclosed to them, to keep secure and only use it for the purpose that it was given to them

Accuracy and access

We take steps to enure that personal information is collected appropriately and accurately, and that it is protected from misuse, unauthorised access or inappropriate disclosure.

If anyone asks for access to personal information that we hold about them, every effort will be made to provide this information or a summary of it in a timely and accurate manner, following receipt of a written request from the individual.
